Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Period
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or invoice).

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return:
- Email us at contact@beliser.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Sale items and gift cards.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
6. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item:
- Follow the return process to send the original item back.
- Place a new order for the desired item to ensure availability and prompt delivery.
7. Cancellations and Preorders
- Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Preorders and Restocked Items: Refunds for preorders are only processed after delivery to the customer. Customers agree to complete the purchase, even in cases of extended wait times. Delivery timelines may be extended by up to 15 days beyond the estimated timeframe.
8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the EU, customers may cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you don’t see the refund after 15 business days, contact us at contact@beliser.com.
10. Unclaimed Packages
Packages not collected within 15 days of availability will be returned to us. Reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
